Our Insulation Plugs are manufactured from a high quality form of Nylon 6/6 which holds a UL94V-2 flammability rating, making them great for a number of commercial applications. Finished with a convex, matte head these Insulation Plugs are typically used to blank off cavity-fill holes in a number of materials where the thickness in unspecified, making these a great multi purpose product for blanking (unlike our other forms of Blanking Plug which are designed for sheet metal). Each plug has been tested between the temperature ranges of -40c to 105c to ensure safe operation across different installation types.
