Our range of Double D Blanking Plugs are manufactured from a UL94V-2 rated Nylon 6/6 and are designed for blanking off unwanted strain relief mounting holes or any double D hole with opposing flat sides. Like the majority of our Blanking Plug range, these versions are complete with locking fingers that allow their installation into a range of panel thicknesses of up to 3.2mm. Thanks to the resistance properties that Nylon is able to provide, These plugs are offered in a range of hole sizes from 9.5mm to 50.8mm, which covers the majority of standard installations. Each size has an approximate head thickness of just 1.6mm making them sit flush to your application, however if you need a custom solution then please get in touch using the number below.
