Liquid Tight Threaded Plugs Our Liquid Tight Threaded Plugs are a hexagonal headed plug with an wrench/screwdriver adjustment slot, manufactured from an electrically non conductive Nylon 6/6 which holds a UL94V-2 flammability rating. Featuring an integral sealing ring these offer a high quality seal to IP 68 standards, capable for use within hydraulic and pneumatic installations up to 70 PSI or 5 BAR. These are a great non-corrosive alternative to Brass or Steel for liquid tight applications, resistant to oil and heat. We stock Liquid Tight Threaded Plugs in Metric (M12-M40), PG (PG7-PG36) and NPT (1/4-1-1/4) thread sizes, which are displayed in the table below.
