Short description
WEH® ultra-high-pressure fittings ensure leak-free connections of tube components. The cone-and-thread (Cone & Thread) fittings provide a simple and reliable connection system. All fittings are supplied complete with matching pressure rings and screws.

Features

Design and tightness
For pressure ratings 2,500 bar (35,000 psi) and 4,200 bar (60,000 psi) the connection is made with a 58° external cone on the tube end into a 60° internal cone in the fitting. For the 7,000 bar and 10,000 bar ratings special high-seal fittings with a 120° internal cone and 116° external cone are used. WEH provides the required tools for preparation of the tube end (forming/reworking the external cone) and for repair of the internal cones.

T-fitting (product details)
T-fitting with three identical ports, available with common high-pressure connections. Two diagonally arranged mounting holes; identical hole pattern for elbows, tees and crosses facilitates system modification and expansion. Connection geometry: High Pressure Fittings 60° Cone & Thread. Special versions with different thread types, pressure ranges or special materials available on request.
