Stainless steel pneumatic diaphragm pump
Brief introduction
The stainless steel pneumatic diaphragm pump uses compressed air as the power source, which can be used in various complex working conditions and environments. It can be used in flammable and explosive places. It is safe and reliable. It can pump and transport all kinds of high viscosity fluids, semi-solid liquids, corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, volatile, flammable and highly toxic liquids. The suction lift is up to 5.48 meters and the lift is up to 70 meters. The pump has no rotating parts and no shaft seal.
working principle:
In the two symmetrical working chambers of the diaphragm pump, each is equipped with an elastic diaphragm. The connecting rod integrates the two diaphragms. After the compressed air enters the valve from the air inlet joint of the pump, it pushes the diaphragms in the two working chambers and drives the two diaphragms connected by the connecting rod to move synchronously. At the same time, the gas in the other working chamber is discharged out of the pump from the back of the diaphragm. Once the end of the stroke is reached, the valve mechanism will automatically introduce compressed air into another working chamber and push the diaphragm to move in the opposite direction, thus forming the synchronous reciprocating motion of the two diaphragms. Each working chamber is provided with two one-way ball valves. The reciprocating motion of the diaphragm changes the volume of the working chamber and forces the two one-way ball valves to open and close alternately, so as to continuously suck and discharge the liquid.
