Working principle
The rotor pump relies on two synchronous and counter-rotating rotors to generate suction (vacuum) at the inlet during rotation, thereby drawing in the material to be conveyed
Selection instructions for CAM rotor pumps
· Operating temperature: -20 -100
· Working medium: Viscosity less than 100,000 CP
· Working conditions: Variable frequency speed regulation and mechanical speed regulation
· Pump body material: Sanitary grade stainless steel 304 and 316 are available for selection
· Sealing material: Select fluororubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), or nitrile rubber based on the medium. The standard mechanical seal is made of silicon carbide - hard alloy, and graphite-silicon carbide, graphite-ceramic, etc. are selected according to the medium.
· Imported connection methods: The standard is quick-installation clamps. According to requirements, pipe threads, flanges, DIN standard unions, welding, etc. can be selected

4.HEAT PRESERVATION SLEEVE DESIGN
Rotor pump with heat preservation sleeve function can be provided in different working places. This configuration can ensure the material which is easy to be coagulated during feeding to preserve the heat, without coagulation.
5.WATER CLEANING MECHANICAL SEAL AVAILABLE
Mechanical seal configuration with water cleaning function can be provided, preventing equipment normal operation on the end surface of the mechanical seal from coagulation during feeding high viscosity material, and the service life mechanical seal in bad environment can be ensured.
6.ALMOST HAVE NO CONSUMABLE PARTS It doesnt have any damage on the part during the rotor pump is operating (except mechanical seal), all parts contacting with material is made of stainless steel.The rotor pump can work at temperature of 220 in all environments.
