Description

Overview
For small factories, warehouses or recycling yards processing loose cardboard, plastic film or agricultural straw, the horizontal baler YG series compacts loose material into dense bales. Material is loaded into a hopper and a hydraulic ram pushes it into the baling chamber where the bale is bound by wire or strapping. Compared with vertical balers, horizontal balers handle higher volumes, operate with continuous feed and produce denser bales suitable for multi-ton daily throughput operations.

How it works
A hopper receives loose material. A hydraulic cylinder compresses the material into the baling chamber. After compression the bale is tied (manual or auto-tie) and discharged, producing compact units that lower storage and transport volume.

Do not choose a small vertical baler solely because daily waste seems low. Materials that rebound (for example PET bottles) require the compaction force and design features of a horizontal unit—such as a lifting door or anti-rebound hooks—to maintain bale density and stability.

  • Is daily maintenance difficult for new operators? No. Key routines: check hydraulic oil level, clear the auto-tie track of debris, and grease moving joints on schedule.
  • Can we set up the machine remotely if we are far from the factory? Yes. Machines are factory-tested before shipping; remote video assistance and wiring diagrams are commonly provided. Main onsite tasks include power connection and hydraulic oil filling.
