Conax Technologies designs and manufactures a complete line of pressure/vacuum mechanical sealing glands and assemblies for wires and probes for virtually every industry. A wide range of catalog standard sealing glands are available from stock, while unlimited custom designs are also available for unique wire or probe sealing applications.
Exclusive "Soft Sealant" Technology
Conax Technologies' exclusive "soft sealant" technology enables easy assembly of the sealing gland by simply inserting the wire or probe and torquing the gland cap. Replaceable sealants permit repeated use of the stainless steel fitting for easy installation and service in the field. Our standard sealant materials include Lava, Teflon®, Neoprene, Viton® and Grafoil® and are designed, depending on gland type, to seal pressures ranging from vacuum up to 10,000 psi/690 bar involving temperatures ranging from -400°F to 3000°F/
-240°C to +1650°C. Other sealant materials are available for custom applications.
Wire and Probe Sealing
In wire sealing, we routinely accommodate in one gland from 1 to 16 conductors ranging from 24 AWG to 3/4"/.03mm diameter to handle a voltage range from the millivolt level up to 8000 volts and currents up to 400 amps. In probe sealing, from 1 to 40 probes, ranging in size from 0.020"/0.5mm to 1.250"/32 mm diameter, are routinely pressure or vacuum sealed in a single unit. Beyond these, we offer custom or special assemblies.

Snaptec represents a new generation of strain relief fittings for
fast installation, featuring excellent pull-out resistance. Assembly

Mencom cable glands, also known as cable grips or cord grips, are available in metal or plastic and with Metric, PG, or NPT threading. All Mencom cord grips have a wide clamping range. We carry a large selection of adapters that not only allow you to reduce or enlarge hole sizes, but will allow you to change thread types.
Mencom also has many specialty cable glands as well as o-rings, nuts, inserts and plugs.

Peppers specialise in the manufacture of cable glands for use in hazardous locations found within Oil, Gas, Petrochimical and Marine installations.

These cable glands are particularly suited to armoured cables used mainly in areas where British Standards apply. The new cable gland Series 8163 are available for non-armoured and all for all types of armoured & braided cables. They fulfil all requirements of the European ATEX-directives and of the relevant IEC and British Standards. Their modular design allows exact adjustment to the respective cable constructions.
In addition on the normal sealing of the cable sheath, secure clamping of the armouring is essential since this armouring is used, not only for mechanical protection, but also contributes to te electrical protection. If the armouring becomes "live" it works as a protection or earthing conductor and must, therefore, be connected reliably to the protective conductor system via the cable gland. These cable glands are available "Ex" equipment in both "increased safety" and "flameproof" enclosures.

TKS - KLIKSEAL®
Klikseal is a revolutionary two-component grommet with cable anchorage - something completely new to the market.
Through innovation and advanced production technology, we have designed a product that has many of the advantages found in a cable gland.
Apart from the cable anchorage, Klikseal is compact, self-adjusting to its surrounding wall thickness (patented), click-fixed in place (patented), has a membrane seal, is waterproof, requires very little effort to install with its collapsible outer membrane (patented), and saves up to 90% of your time.
The installation of a Klikseal requires no tools and has a
pop-out membrane that is a permanent seal until penetrated by a cable or pipe. Each size of Klikseal can be used with an exceptional range of cable and pipe diameters. An M25 can be used for cables and pipes ranging from 4 mm to 14 mm. Because of its compact design, the Klikseal only extends 5,7 mm outside the housing on which it is mounted.

TSS
The TSS is the latest addition to the TST product range.
What makes the TSS different from existing products on the market are the built-in features that you normally do not find in this otherwise relatively simple product.

With the ”pop-out-membrane” you always have a round opening and are guaranteed to have IP67.
The TSS is equipped with a sock that closes tight around the cable and allows for it to be moved around like a ”joy-stick” in the opening without endangering the IP-classification. So it works extremely well with cables passing through

Roxtec regular frames are available in different designs and materials. The depth of the frames and modules is 60 millimetres (2.362").
The choice of frame depends primarily on the material used in the construction and the method of attachment. The frames can either be cast, bolted, welded or fitted into sleeves. Frames are also available for use in EMC and EEx applications.

General description:
Roxtec Compact Seals provide protection against water, dust, insects and rodents for equipment in cabinets and enclosures. All frames, except for the C KFO frame, have integrated compression units. C frames are used together with standard Roxtec CM modules, 30 millimetre (1.181") deep, except EMC versions which use 40 mm (1.575") deep CM ES or PE modules. In some cases EEx versions are also available.

Conax Technologies HEGPK electrical power sealed feedthroughs electrically and/or thermally isolate single electrodes, tubes or temperature sensors for use in vacuum furnaces, liquid level probes, transformers, environmental chambers, power leads and more. These bare electrical sealed feedthroughs also seal against gases and liquids and resist electrode (also known as conductor) movement under pressure. The Conax HEGPK Gland differs from the Conax EGT gland in that the single piece insulator/sealant is manufactured from PEEK¢â, which is recognized as one of the highest performing engineered thermoplastic materials currently available.
Conductors are available in Copper, Nickel and 303SST. Use of Nickel rather than Copper is recommended in oxidizing atmospheres. Custom conductors, such as nickel-plated copper, are also available. Please consult factory.

The compact PFLITSCH EMC cable connection type UNI HF with the Iris spring and taper rings are designed for the EMC bonding of screens.
