CMP offers a wide range of Thread Conversion Adaptors and Reducers, for both Industrial and Hazardous Area applications, which provide a means of connection between cable entry devices and equipment having dis-similar threads.
Because these items are readily available from stock, customer's can utilise the flexibility offered in adapting manufacturer of cable gland sizes that already suit the cable, to the appropriate thread type and size of the equipment or enclosure.
CMP also offers a wide range of Stopper Plugs, for both Industrial and Hazardous Area applications, which provide a means of closing off any unused cable entries in electrical equipment, terminal enclosures, or junction boxes.

Our extensive range of grommets, Bushings and strain relief products are designed to protect cabling against sharp edges, especially when vibration is an issue. The grommets can be used on straight edges, holes or irregular shapes.
The products are available in a variety of materials including professional plastic, rubber and metal. They can be easily installed without the need of professional adhesive, glue or installation tools. Custom parts are available for specific grommets to enable the user to install in irregular shapes or on straight edges.
Our bushings product range is designed to easily snap into pre-drilled holes. They convert sharp edged holes into smooth, insulated holes. We offer a split design which allows retrofitting on pre-assembled professional cable harnesses.

The stuffing boxes made out of self-extinguishing thermoplastic matter, are designed for work of wiring and the installation of the tables. They allow the introduction of cables of various sections, while guaranteeing a high degree of protector.
One of the fundamental characteristics is the function anti-wrenching, guaranteed by an anchoring of the type has having the advantage of avoiding with the drivers the deformations caused by traction and torsion under ordinary conditions of use.
They are also provided with the device anti-unscrewing, particular device carried out with a flexible and notched lamellate ring.
Various versions are available: tapping PG, metric tapping and tapping gas. Their index of protector is IP66 or IP68 (according to the version) and they are of color either gray RAL 7035 or gray RAL 7004. |

CMP Products Deluge Proof, Marine and Wet Locations Suppliers of cable glands are supplied for Armoured, and Unarmoured Professional cables. A range of these products is available with IEC and CENELEC approvals, and also with Marine Approvals from Lloyds, Det Norske Veritas (DNV), and American Bureau Shipping (ABS). In addition, to suit US marine requirements, CMP also offers a range of UL listed Cable Connectors specifications approved for Marine Shipboard, IEEE 45, and Tray Cables, which are either Armored, Armored and Jacketed, or Non-Armored.

The area of susceptibility in a standard cable gland under deluge conditions is the threaded joint where the cable armour is terminated. CMP Products was the first company to provide a solution that met this DTS01 specification with the introduction of a functional ‘O’ ring professional seal in the threaded joint to stop water entering the armour lock compartment. |
