DESCRIPTION
The press BV or MIL is used for splitting, adjusting, maintenance and try-out operations on dies and moulds (thermoplastics, die casting, thermosetting, rubber and blanking) and it is possible to inject special waxes, at low pressure, into the mould.
CONSTRUCTION
The very sturdy structure consists of a welded and normalized steel basement and cast iron base-plate.
The lower plate is idraulically extensible and therefore it makes easier the carrying-out of the mould loading and unloading. Furthermore it makes possible to draw the die or mould lower part out of the press by carrying-out the treatments in effortless work position.
The upper plate slides vertically by hydraulic actuation on the four guide columns and can be overturned by 360° way it is possible to put the upper part of the die or mould upper part in effortless work position. The upper plate clamping in the exact horizontal positioning will be given by four hydraulic actuated locating pegs.
CONTROL PANEL
Each button on the control panel is marked with a clear function. The sequence of movements is controlled by PLC-SIEMENS S7 to prevent any mistake of the operator.
MACHINE CONTROLS
Pre-programmed SIEMENS S7- electronic controls.
ADVANTAGE
- Digital control of the parallelism
- Digital monitoring of stroke
- Digital monitoring and setting of pressure
- Self-learning system for recording of mould stroke
- Multi-languages diagnostic error search
- Management of all press functions

Motor-operated presses by means of electrical pedals and a hydraulic group with electrically-operated valves with single or double speeds, in terms of requirements. Cylinder headstock floats along the bridge of the press by bearings and brake lock, which is very useful for straightening large pieces as the strength of the pressing cylinder can be applied on different points without having to move the same or can be used to work with different tools, as the strength can be applied on each of them.
Solid structure in a monobloc format with a frontal width of 1500mm. and floating bedplate adjustable to different heights by means of an endless reducer and end transmission with pinions and chains. Machines are distributed with support dollies for the bedplate, full oil tank, glycerine pressure gauge and instruction manual.

ZTG Hydraulic Presses are designed to work with High Frequency Generators.
Treatment or processing of wood consists in placing the raw material in a hydraulic press mould, which is installed on the table, and closing the mould until the pressure force is obtained up to several kilograms per square centimeter of the material surface. The mould is connected with the HF generator, which is responsible for heating the processed charge, by means of metal strips. To put it simply, the heating method may be compared to a microwave oven, i.e. the processed material is heated directly.
Application:
+ forming and gluing bent and glued components made of hardwood veneer, e.g. chair and armchair seats and backrests, armrests,
+ forming and gluing elements from MDF plates, e.g. furniture fronts,
+ preliminary bending elements from solid timber,
+ bending and drying elements from solid timber, e.g. chair, armchair and table elements,
+ drying wooden elements from capillary moisture and moisture after technological processing,
+ laminar gluing of wood, e.g. producing floor panels, plywood
producing wooden dressing used in building woodwork.

PHC are open gap hydraulic presses, single or double action, for small and medium sized stamping and deep drawing jobs.
An amply dimensioned welded construction, very sturdy monoblock frame, and hydraulic driving by means of an axial piston pump with automatic output regulation guarantee reliability, productivity and precision.
Both tables have “T” slots for the easy and quick fixing of a very wide variety of tools.
For deep drawing jobs where the parts have to be removed, we recommend versions A with double action, i.e., with ejecting cushion.

AP&T has several production solutions for customers who require large volumes and details that require multiple operations.
This type of production solution is well suited for running cut blanks, circular as well as square, or for coil feeding directly into the press.
The tool set in this plant consist of several tools and tool changes are easily carried out through the long side of the press.
The hydraulic press runs continuously and has robust guidings for the best possible absorption of deflection forces.
The transfer feeder is especially designed for press automation with tool sets in multiple steps. The machine has three axes and is mounted directly on the press frame. The transfer feeder rails, where the gripper fingers are mounted, are easily exchanged when running different products.
The plant is equipped with an operator's terminal for optimal control and supervision of the entire press line. This terminal controls and supervises all machines in the line.
