Description

Product overview
The PTMV hydraulic receding‑beam die‑cutting press is designed for efficient cutting of non‑metallic materials. A horizontal beam advances and retracts on a hydraulic cylinder for each cut, freeing the entire cutting area during retraction so the operator can position the die and remove cut parts. The table rises vertically to meet the beam when it is forward. The die can be mounted on the face of the beam or under the beam according to the selected configuration. Beam return distance is adjustable from the touch screen in 100 mm increments. The machine includes a multi‑language touch screen interface and is engineered for productivity, low maintenance and operator safety.

Key features
  • Hydraulic die‑cutting press: Integrated hydraulic system for consistent cutting force and cycle control.
  • Receding beam: Horizontal beam retracts after each cut to maximize access to the cutting area for die positioning and removal of parts.
  • Robust construction and operator interface: Mechanically welded frame with a touch‑screen, multi‑language control for straightforward operation and reduced maintenance.
  • High cutting accuracy and production rhythm: Adjustable parameters and precise beam stop ensure repeatable cuts at industrial speeds.
  • Material and sector versatility: Suitable for rubber, leather, foam, textiles, composites and common industrial sectors (automotive, packaging, furniture, medical, etc.).
  • Customizable options: Multiple optional accessories and configurations; designed and manufactured in France.
