AP&T has several production solutions for customers who require large volumes and details that require multiple operations.
This type of production solution is well suited for running cut blanks, circular as well as square, or for coil feeding directly into the press.
The tool set in this plant consist of several tools and tool changes are easily carried out through the long side of the press.
The hydraulic press runs continuously and has robust guidings for the best possible absorption of deflection forces.
The transfer feeder is especially designed for press automation with tool sets in multiple steps. The machine has three axes and is mounted directly on the press frame. The transfer feeder rails, where the gripper fingers are mounted, are easily exchanged when running different products.
The plant is equipped with an operator's terminal for optimal control and supervision of the entire press line. This terminal controls and supervises all machines in the line.

As a general rule, hydraulic production presses are notable for their flexibility of use. The hydraulic and electrical accessories have evolved considerably over the last 10 years.
As examples of technical performance, and to mention only the extremes, today we are able to manage movement accuracy down to 100th of a millimetre and control operating speeds to 500 mm/s!.

SCHLEIFSTEIN ship building presses are used to produce threedimensional, cold-formed segments made of steel plates for the ship building and metal working industry. The presses work with and without crane manipulators, are equipped with motor-adjustable rotary tables and can be converted into roll presses by only few movements.
The hydraulic press is path-controlled as well as pressure-controlled. The crane manipulator and the press have a synchronized control and operation. The upper and lower dies are freely-turnable.

Ursviken Frame Bender Type SBRP
Facts:

These presses, which can be either C-frame presses or Gantry style presses, are mainly used for straightening medium or thick sheet, section, tube or round bar.
They can also be used for special bending, flattening, forming and punching operations.
Using these machines produces considerable time saving compared with traditional heat withdrawal straightening techniques.
In addition they provides the advantage of quiet fatigue-free working for the operator. All operations are done in complete safety.

Thanks to its generously dimensioned frame with main plates that lock into each other in order to relieve the welds from shear stress, the PACK-press is very attractive and can suit many purposes. Today, our machines all are equipped with a terminal operator (IHM) of the tactile or traditional type. That makes it possible to safeguard the whole of the parameters of configuration, high race, slow speed, low of race and force (water pressure). The adjustment of the pushing force, as well as decompression are managed by a valve of pressure proportional.
