Hydroforming with Diaphragm - HMD
Press equipped with a pressure dome an oil-supported diaphragm in the slide. The press is specially developed for advanced forming of complex deep-drawn sheet metal parts. A forming cylinder with a punch is coming from below and forms the part towards the rubber membrane and the high pressure created in the dome.

Hydroforming with Pressure Dome - HMU
HMU provides the ideal method for producing parts with complex shapes in one operation. Also suitable in situations when high demands for surface and tolerances are required. The forming principle of a HMU unit is based upon creating a high pressure in an enclosed chamber positioned on the press bed. The pressure works against a penetrating punch placed on the slide. During the process, the blank obtains the same shape as the punch.

High Capacity Rectangular Tray Presses
Flexform QFC fluid cell presses (also known as bag presses, bladder presses or hydroform presses), have the largest forming capacity, with dual rectangular trays up to 8 square meters that can form parts well over 4 meters in length, as well as a large number of smaller parts in a single cycle.
Flexform Fluid Cell Press With Rectangular Table Standard maximum pressures range from 800 bar (11,600 psi) to 1,400 bar (20,000 psi). Avure has over the years also supplied several rubber pad presses (also named the Guerin process, using a solid rubber pad). However, rubber pad pressing has severe technical limitations compared to the more versatile fluid cell press technology, leading to a preference for flexible rubber diaphragm forming.

Model ZF is a Large Bed Press suitable for large wide parts and designed to process many types of work including drawing, coining, stamping and forming operations. The frame modules are assembled with hydraulically pre-stressed tie rods which leads to a very rigid press frame with minimal deflection.

Quick Cycle Circular Tray Press
QFL presses are compact units with one meter diameter circular trays, designed for faster forming of smaller parts.
QFL Flexform PressCycles average about one minute, with maximum pressure of 800 bar (11,600 psi). These presses are commonly used for off-loading and back-up for larger rectangular tray presses and for rapid forming of smaller parts.
