| The EMCO FAMUP MMV LINEAR DRIVE floor-type CNC machining center with linear drives for the X and Y axes. A quantum leap compared to conventional drive technologies. Rapid-motion speeds of up to 60 m/min (2362.2 ipm) -with much greater precision. And the linear drive system works virtually without wear. The MMV LINEAR DRIVE series is designed specifically for machining large work pieces. Both the machine's structure and its dynamics are totally untroubled by heavy work pieces: The MMV LINEAR DRIVE series shines when rough machining is required, thanks to its outstanding cutting performance. When doing fine machining at very high speeds, the linear drive ensures that the machines achieve top precision and best surface qualities. |

The CTV linear series ensures unparalleled speed and reliability from its cast iron construction for maximum production safety and performance in 3-shift operation. Innovative DMG features have become the benchmark in vertical turning, these include dynamic linear technology, fast- and high-torque main spindle, and advanced control technology. Due to the expansion of the machine series by the CTV 400 linear with a twin turret, the application range has been extended to include workpieces requiring a large number of tools.
In addition, the CTV linear series offers customer-specific expansion options:
2-sided machining: on a single machine (turn-around station 180°)
Cycle machining: on two machines with the same pallet size
Linear chain-linking: for two machines or more with the same pallet size
