The Mancon 1710-2265 with its fabricated steel construction frame is designed for high speed stretchwrapping with a low maintenance in continuous end of line production environments. The machines technology will easily and effectively wrap pallets with palletised goods on them (usually presented inside the machine by conveyors), secured enough for transportation.
The machine is fitted with an easy film loading Power Pre-stretch Film Carriage for film savings due to cost effective wrapping and pallet stability programs. The machine can automatically apply mid cycle top sheet for dust or water protection.
Advance controls on the machine enable simple and reliable operational view of the stretchwrapping sequences and fault finding. The automatic wrapper with rotating platform Mod. ROTAFILM-PR20 winds the extensible film, normal or perforated, through the pallet rotation. The wrapper cuts the film automatically. The film rotation is with acceleration and deceleration ramp and its speed is adjustable since 13 laps per minute.
It is adapted to wrapper pallet of maximum high Mt. 2.
The ROTAFILM-PR20 permits to choose 4 wrapper programs:
1. double wrapper (climb and descent );
2. double wrapper with stop to permit to insert the feeder;

Turntable rotating system with trust bearing activated by a gearbox to secure the precise stop in position of the pallet at the end of the cycle. Standard working height 400 mm, changeable following the customer request.
Rotating turntable and carriage ascent and descent speeds are adjustable by two inverters. This technical choice allows the maximal flexibility in order to adapt the machine to the customers needs.
On the film carriage is mounted the magic eye for the pallet height sensing. The characteristic of this machine is the specific technical solution (without column, but with electrical piston to move the carriage) that allows to ship the machine in an unique piece (machine height 1.500 mm) avoiding the mechanical installation in the packaging line (consisting in assembling and connecting of the column, carriage, tongs, cutting and splicing device).
The touch screen control panel allows to adjust the top and bottom film revolutions.
The machine is completed with a control panel, with a Siemens S7 200 PLC and Touch Screen for the adjustment of all the machine functions, in specific the trouble shooting also.
