Short description
The Robo Wrap 600 A is a self-propelled, battery-powered stretch-wrapping robot designed to wrap palletised loads of any shape, size and weight using stretch film. It is fitted with a SIEMENS S7/200 PLC and a 7.2" colour touchscreen for program management and parameter setting. Film tension in version A is adjusted via a mechanical clutch set manually by the operator.

Controls and safety
Movement is electrically operated via two controls on the steering handle. A front safety bumper stops the machine immediately on collision. Emergency mushroom (CE), acoustic and flashing alarm at cycle start, rudder release system for transport and manual machine management mode are included.

General characteristics
The Robo Wrap 600 A handles minimum pallet footprint L 600 x W 600 mm and usable product height up to H 2300 mm. Typical autonomy is up to approx. 150 pallets (reference L 1200 x W 800 x H 1500 mm).
