Easy Wrap 2000 B DW is a semi-automatic machine for vertical wrapping of doors, windows, shower enclosures and similar large vertical items. It features a fixed-ratio motorized film pre-stretch, an electric stabilizing press controlled by a dual-function foot pedal, PLC management and a 7.2" colour touch screen. Locking guides are positioned at the top and base of the rotating plate; removing the lower locking system allows use as a conventional pallet wrapper.

General characteristics
The machine has a rotating plate diameter of 1650 mm (standard) and processes products up to L 1650 x W 50/200 x H 2200 mm. Maximum load on the plate for locking is 100 kg. Table start is progressive via inverter. Up to three different wrapping programs are selectable from the touch display; additional parameters (carriage ascent/descent speed, photocell delay, cycle counter, number of rotations) are adjustable.
