Overview
The Techno Wrap 2000 BD is an automatic inline pallet wrapping machine designed for continuous production lines and automated pallet handling. It is equipped with a SIEMENS PLC and a 7.2" color touchscreen and features a pneumatic contrast welding unit, automatic film feeding, automatic cutting and welding, photoelectric sensors for entry/exit and pallet height detection, and a rotating slewing ring with motorized rollers for pallet advancement. Up to 15 wrapping programs can be stored; a transit mode allows line integration without executing the wrapping cycle.

Product description
The machine management is handled by a SIEMENS PLC with a 7.2" color touch panel providing self-diagnostics and manual overrides. Core automated functions include motorized pre-stretch film carriage with end-of-cycle film creasing, pneumatic film hooking with contrast welding (welds onto a contrast plate), automatic film cut and weld, and automatic table advancement via motorized rollers. Photoelectric sensors detect pallet presence and height. Perimeter protections (interlocked doors, safety barriers) are available for CE-compliant installations.
