Overview
The Easy Wrap 2000A DW is a semi-automatic vertical pallet wrapping machine for the protection and handling of windows, doors, shower enclosures and similar elongated items. It supports combined use of stretch film and foam/bubble wrap and features a mechanical clutch tensioning system on the reel carriage, PLC control and a 7.2" colour touchscreen. Installed power: 1 kW.

Application and usage
Intended for vertical wrapping of single products or small stacks using foam/bubble wrap in combination with stretch film. The electric stabilizer press secures the item during wrapping and is operated by a dual-function foot pedal (raise/lower). Upper and lower clamping devices secure products on the rotating plate; the lower clamp is adjustable for product width and thickness. Removing the clamping system converts the machine to a conventional pallet wrapper.

New double-reel mechanical trolley
Mechanical double-reel trolley allows independent application of foam/bubble wrap and stretch film, enabling one-operator wrapping of lightweight items such as doors. Option available for a motorized pre-stretch carriage in other variants.
