The type & size of Conveyor will depend on the nature & size of the product being stretch wrapped.
- For economical consumption of the stretch film, the inbuilt pre-stretch unit stretches the LLDPE stretchable cling film mechanically before wrapping over the "products". As the "products" are simultaneously moved over the feed / delivery conveyors, we get uniformly overlapped/ helically wound wrapping of the stretch film all over the surface of the "products". This gives the "products" necessary protection from dust & moisture and ensures longer storage life at a much cheaper packing cost.
- This machine can be easily integrated in to conveyor lines to save considerable labour & time. When larger quantities of above products are required to be packed, or when new expansion projects are implemented, industries like above can install this machine and save enormously in packing cost, in labour cost, in time taken for packing, etc., and this machine will pay back its cost very soon.

Stretch cold extension machine with extensible film as far as a tubular coil, a model with one or more coils. The cover fitting is suitable for every type of product because there are not flames or warm air. As an addition to the wide range of semiautomatic machines for wrapping pallets, Comarme has produced RONDA 100, a fully automatic machine which wraps and stabilises palletised loads with stretch film. RONDA 100 can be placed at the exit of a palletiser or installed in an existing pallets conveyor line.

PALLET PACKING MACHINE - Model Classic
The Penguin Stretch Wrapping Machine is a fully automatic machine for wrapping pallets using stretch cling film.
- This machine is used in many countries for wrapping pallets with pre-stretched cling film. It ensures stable and moisture-proof wrapping of pallets at minimum cost. Optimum wrapping of pallets using wide range of film material is made possible by the state-of-the-art "Powered Pre-Stretch Unit " which can stretch the film up to 300% (One meter long becomes 4 meters long). Powered Pre-Stretch unit has a seperate motor to stretch the film.
- This simple and sturdy machine can operate continuously under severe industrial environment. The machine can be easily operated by unskilled workers in the packing line as the cycle of operation is completely automated.
- Stretch wrapped Pallet of yarn cones. The picture shows 432 cones of 2 kg each stacked on a pallet of size 44" x 44". The cones are stacked in 12 layers of 36 cones per layer. Ten such pallets can be stuffed in one 20 feet container

The Mancon RA 12/10 is a rigid construction Rotating Arm Stretchwrapper for medium speed in continuous end of line production environments. The machine will easily and effectively wrap pallets with palletised goods on them (usually presented inside the machine by conveyors-conveyor included) for transportation. The machine is fitted with a Power Pre-Stretch Film Carriage for cost-effective pallet wrapping and film savings along with increased pallet stability. The machine can automatically apply a mid cycle top sheet for dust or water protection.
Advance controls on the machine enable simple and reliable stretch wrapping sequences and fault finding. The pallet is coneyed into the wrapping area and stopped automatically. The Rotating Arm connected to the 'tilted downwards' (for wrapping lower onto the pallet) Film Carriage circles, and moves up and down applying film to the pallet. At end of cycle the film is pneumatically gripped, cut by a hot wire then brushed onto the pallet. The machine comes with light guards and perimeter fencing as standard.
