With the high resolution, compact JOFRA DPC-500 documenting pressure calibrator new standards are reached within pressure calibration. Designed for high precision calibration of pressure instruments such as pressure gauges, transmitters, digital manometers, pressure switches and overpressure valves, the DPC-500 offers improved pressure accuracy (± 0.025% FS), better electrical current (± 1.6 ěA) and voltage (± 0.5 mV) accuracy and an extended pressure range of 250 mbar to 1000 bar FS. The DPC-500 also offers absolute pressure measurement from 0.4 to 16 bar absolute.

The JOFRA range of IPI Industrial Pressure Indicators is ATEX and CSA certified for use in potentially explosive environments in the field or in calibration laboratories. ATEX is the primary intrinsically safe standard in the European Union, while CSA refers to relevant Canadian and USA standards.
Accurate to ± 0.05% FS, the IPI can be used as a calibration reference or in applications where high accuracy pressure measurement is required from safety valve checks to system pressure verification. A Pitot Static tester is a pressure generator and pressure measurement instrument which can simulate altitude and speed of aircraft on-board equipments.
Flying conditions need to be simulated on on-board equipments when they are manufactured, repaired, or integrated to the aircraft.
ATEQ-OMICRON has developed two kinds of Pitot Static testers:
• For workshop to test on-board instruments when they are manufactured, repaired or calibrated.
• For hangar or tarmac to verify instrument directly on aircraft. |

The leaks digital calibrator takes its origins by the needs to know the leak-off rate entity on volumetric terms [cc/min] or [cc/h].
Such requirement exists especially when tests are executed on air and gas sectors parts, on which the norms express the
leakage rates in [cc/min] or [cc/h].
The instrument is combined with a micrometrical cock (supplied in the equipment) in order to simulate the desired leak. ET11 allows the seal tests instrumentation parameters programming procedure.
This flow measure instrument utilizes a mass flow sensor and it is able to point out with precision and reliability the leakage
rates contained between 0,00 and 30,0 [cc/min].
This portable instrument, with compact dimensions and simple usage, is essential to verify the measure instruments and nozzles samples calibration and repeatability.

MEP, the Scandura electric-pneumatic handheld calibrator, it’s now available with the display embedded. The wide display allows simultaneously to visualise the:
reference pressure value and the related measurement units
transmitter’s output during a calibration (0 ÷ 25 mA)
voltage input signal (0 ÷ 30 V d.c. )
switch status (ON – OFF)
and it can feed also a current loop at 24 Vcc.
Connecting a PDA (with as PalmOS™ sw) to the instrument, by the serial interface, it’s possible to manage the complete calibration cycle till the printing of the reports.
The required software to manage the PDA is supplied into the standard package of the instrument.
Alternatively to the PDA, the device can be connected to a PC by a serial interface unit, so that every terminal can be used. Ranges from 60 mbar up to 700 bar.
