JVL supplies a range of step motors that have been designed especially for use with the entire range of JVL Step Motor Drivers and Controllers. The motors can be connected in both series and parallel, so that in low speed applications a serial connection will often allow a smaller driver to be used.
The precision construction of the motors makes them eminently well-suited for mini- and microstepping with extremely smooth operation.
In relation to their size they provide the highest torque available on the market today. Low inertia is achieved by using rare earth magnetic material, and ensures rapid start and stop without overheating. The motors are therefore very well suited to highly dynamic applications. |

Lin Engineering's high torque step motors are capable of holding torques up to 920 oz-in based on unipolar ratings. Unipolar and bipolar windings are available to allow for torque and speed to accommodate your application. Lin's high torque motors provide approximately two times more holding torque than standard motors of similar design.
High torque lines are as follows:
4118 Series - Nema 17, 1.8 degree
5718 Series - Nema 23, 1.8 degree
8718 Sereis - Nema 34, 1.8 degree

The High Torque Housed Hybrid.
Portescap's newest hybrid motor family member, the h3 runs quieter and with less resonance across the entire speed range, assisting to professional counter the disadvantages typical in step motor systems. By raising the output performance of the step motor system while reducing the perceived disadvantages, Portescap has maintained the place of step motor systems in the motion control world.
Larger professional bearings enable the motor to effectively handle higher side and radial loads
The full maximization of performance is realized with the enhanced version of the h3 stepper, which delivers up to 40% more torque than the standard version
Neodymium Iron Boron Magnets - Deliver Optimized Torque Density
Aluminum Housing - Superior heat dissipation for improved torque output (Patent Pending)
Professional retainer and O-Ring - prevent bearing spinout and minimize motor noise |

| The most amazing aspect of the DT Series motor is its huge torque potential from its relatively small size. The DT Series motor is capable of producing output torque comparable to competitive designs, but from a package that is both shorter and lighter. The savings in space and weight in no way compromises durability, as the motor uses massive shafts, bearings manufacturer and drive links to transmit the torque produced by this powerful package. The use of a case industrial drain allows reduced pressure on the rod seal while maintaining driveline lubrication for maximum motor life. Standard mounting and shaft options offer interchangeability with competitive designs. An internal drain option is also available. |

Using the philosophy of “Brevini Fluid Power”, (technological research and continuous development of new products). S.A.M. HYDRAULIK has introduced this new range of orbital motors.
The result is a high performance and reliable product.
The HR SERIES is available in 8 displacements from 40 to 400 cc/rev and the maximum torque up to 925 Nm.
All motors of the HR range are directly interchangeable with the motors of the previous series (HPR) with a significantly increased performance of approximately 10%.
Moreover, the HR series of motors are supported with a rich range of flange-mounted control and protection cocks (motion control, over centre, cross line relief, anti shock and anti cavitation valves).
The versatility of these motors makes them suitable for the most vigorous applications: industrial machines, lifting and transport, utility machines, agricultural machines and so on.

Black Bruin motors are at their best in situations where high torque is required and use of other transmission is not reasonable. Hydraulic transmission does not contain axles allowing the frame structure to provide e.g. higher ground clearance and sharper professional wheel turn angle.
Starting is soft and motion is smooth even at low speed. On the other hand, vehicles equipped with multi speed Black Bruin motors are capable of reaching top speed exceeding 70 km/h.
The motors are used e.g. as wheel hub motors for agricultural, forestry, road building and mining machines.

Dynex low speed, high torque (LSHT) motors are interchangeable with Vickers MHT motors, which are no longer in production.
These motors deliver smooth rotary power from stall to maximum speeds. Compact direct-drive eliminates gear reductions and simplifies installation. They can save space on equipment used in mining, construction, military and industrial applications, including plastic injection molding systems.
The thru-industrial shaft spline drive provides a passageway through the center of motor to simplify system design and installation. A hollow shaft can accomodate wiring and piping.
These motors are ideal for vertical installations on earth augers or rock professional drills. Air or water can be pumped through the center to remove chips or debris from the drill hole.
Multiple speed models for use with fixed pumps can reduce power requirements. Optional warm-up ports equalize fluid and motor temperatures, preventing thermal shock for dependable cold-weather operation.
Torque to 13 750 lb·ft at 2750 psi (18 645 N·m at 190 bar). |
