It includes a long list of motivating values:
RobusT
• Cast iron Body, Base and the Flange
• Top cover in light aluminium.
Versatile:
• Modular design with detachable output flange and foot base
• Various detachable foot bases in solid cast iron make Robus interchangeable with any other gearbox brand
Flexible:
• IEC flange and hollow shaft.
• Unique construction of Robus makes it possible to mount any size in any position. This flexibility is achieved by :
+ ZZ autolubricating bearings on input and output shaft
+ Body design which allows the same quantity of oil to lubricate the gears in any mounting position
+ 6 interchangeable plugs, including one breather plug and a level plug
+ mechanical parts locked in their positions by circlips and spacers.
Reliable:
• high strength case hardened steels 58 ±2 HRC reduce the wear rate in gears.
• All gears are profile ground
• Shafts are made from 42CrMo4 steel and tempered to reach a hardness of 23-35 HRC
• high centers distance of the last stage gear and pinion
• stages ratio between 2 and 6 coupled with a tooth module that is never lower than 0.8
• Dual bearing support on the input shaft
• Intermediate shaft is rigidly supported by 3 bearings

GEAR SERIES - CS33/ 28
SPUR REDUCTION GEARHEAD
Design - Gear series CS33/ 28 contains Brass gears and steel pinions to ensure
longer life and better wear and tear properties. The gears are fixed on
hardened steel spindles polished to a mirror finish. These spindles rotate
between bronze plates which ensures silent running. The output shaft rotates in a sintered bushing. The whole assembly is covered with a plastic ring. All the bearings are permanently lubricated and therefore requires no maintenance. The motor is screwed to the gear box from inside. Any small standard motor can be used in combination with the gear box. However the most popular ones are mentioned in the table below.

The helical gearbox from the CMG series is available in 4 different sizes and has the following characteristics:
- Body and the PAM flange are made from aluminium
- The feet and output flange from iron
- The gears are always rectified for stages 1 and 2
- Permanent lubricant
The intensely thought out engineering behind the project allows us to make up the gears quickly by combining specific kits: this reduces the number of components and codes to manage and speeds up assembling and delivery time, which makes management easier and reduces warehouse costs.
The CMG is unique in its type as it is characterised by a higher grade of modularity which makes it ideal for many applications. Starting from the standard base it is possible to configurate the gear according to the applications requirements.

Viking in-line gear reducers offer reduction ratios from 2.6:1 to 35.1:1, with the ability to handle loads up to 260 kW. Solid input shaft or close-coupled input side adapters for IEC or NEMA motors offer mounting versatility. A second series of offset gear reducers, with ratios from 2.24:1 to 7.95:1, allows rotation of the input shaft to match motor height for easy mounting, while maintaining output shaft height. They are capable of loads to 30 kW.
|
|
Top torque density, product variety, extremely wide speed choice, great compactness and price effectiveness make the C series the unparalleled line of helical gearmotors and speed reducers.
|
|
|
Our In-Line gear reducer takes advantage of many years of accumulated design expertise, together with the use of high quality materials and components. The end result is a series of gear reducing gearboxes and gear motors offering high load carrying capacity, high efficiency, quiet running and reliability.

Cast iron and aluminium in-line gearboxes, RA and RG series
Aluminium in-line gearboxes, RA series
The RA series gearboxes are featured by the aluminium die cast housing, are available coupled to standards motors with B5, B14 or NEMA type flange, or without motor just with coupling flange and also with input shaft. Thanks to their modular design which foresees feet and output flanges fit to the gears housing with screws, a lot of different versions are possible, dimensionally consistent to the main international manufacturers. The reduction ratios at 1, 2 or 3 steps according to the different versions, are made with cylindrical gears with ground helical teeth.
The input power goes up to 4 kW , according to the different sizes , and the output torque goes up to 460 Nm.
Cast iron in-line gearboxes , RG series
The RG series gearboxes are featured by a cast iron housing , with feet or flange , and are available coupled to standard motors with B5, or B14 or NEMA type flanges. The reduction ratios , at 2 or 3 steps according to the different versions , are made with cylindrical gears with ground helical teeth.
Input shaft versions or units just equipped with coupling flange , without motor , are also available .
The input power goes up to 4 kW , according to the different sizes , and the output torque goes up to 460 Nm.
