The new permanent electro magnetic system HotMag is the final answer to all the needs to make quick change operations on press machines working with high temperature moulds.
The innovative magnetic circuit, made of special solenoids and high energy permanent magnets, allows to
operate with temperature up to 250° C. (482 ‘F).
The full metallic surface allows the perfect stability and uniformity of clamping all over the contact area

The Alpha Mill Round Milling Chuck is a Permanent-Electro Magnetic System—it requires electricity for just a fraction of a second to polarize the magnets contained within the chuck.

The Alpha Bi-Polar (ABP) has grown out of the need of many customers desire to hold bar stock, both flat and round. The ABP allows the user to have complete access to the top of the part without straps interfering with the process and reduces set up considerably.
