Introduction
The Qtool 60 is a modular clamping device for medium-sized components (up to Ø 60 mm) with a work width of 100 mm. It uses an eccentric clamp for fast, reliable clamping and features an adjustable rear stop (50 mm) for reproducible positioning during cutting. A comprehensive jaw program and optional cross stop increase versatility.

The modular jaw program allows tailoring the clamping device to the component shape and cutting task.

Round components

• Prismatic or bevelled jaws provide precise, secure clamping
• Jaw geometry establishes a defined 3-point contact to prevent slipping
• Vertical clamping with cross prism is possible; components can be cut above the clamping device

Large components

• High jaws increase the clamping surface for geometrically large parts

Clamping the cut-off side of the component

• Slotted jaws can clamp the cut-off side to reduce burr formation
• Reduces the need for subsequent burr grinding before embedding

For repetitive cuts the adjustable stop ensures reproducible positioning:

• Stop range up to 120 mm
