Introduction
The Qcut 250 A is a compact, flexible semi-automatic abrasive cut-off machine for workpieces and samples up to Ø 95 mm, using a cutting wheel up to 254 mm / 10". It combines manual-cutting speed with automatic abrasive cutting functions.

Fine dynamic cut-off
The manual cutting movement is gear-regulated to control cutting force, resulting in jerk-free, precise cuts. The electromechanical lever brake secures the wheel position at any angle.

Horizontal movement
The table supports both manual (hand-wheel) and dynamic automatic traverse. Pulsed cutting mode (dynamic drive) reduces cutting stress and preserves the sample surface.

Intuitive control software
The integrated control software features a clear maintenance menu and configurable cutting parameters to simplify operation and routine servicing.

Automatic cross feed
Optional automatic Z-axis provides 0.1 mm adjustment precision for parallel and serial cuts.
