Description

Product overview
The Response Automation Base is a modular, high‑speed automated liquid filling base designed for flexible production and rapid changeovers. Its multi‑head architecture integrates up to four Response benchtop fillers that can operate together as one automated unit or be removed and used independently.

Key features
  • Fast, efficient & scalable: up to 40 cpm with a single Response head or up to 60 cpm with twin‑head configuration; typical filling accuracy ±0.25% to minimise product loss.
  • Quick‑Strip design: rapid disassembly enabling conversion from a fully automatic multi‑head machine into up to four benchtop fillers in approximately 30 minutes to reduce downtime.
  • Clean, consistent fills: pneumatic cut‑off nozzles prevent dripping and ensure hygienic, repeatable fills.
  • Versatile fill range: handles volumes from 10 ml to 1000 ml for bottles, jars and screw‑top vials; suitable for low‑viscosity liquids through to creams, gels and viscous pastes.
  • Hygienic construction: product‑contact parts in 316L stainless steel, FKM (Viton) and PTFE; hose connections available in food‑grade PVC or silicone; designed for FDA and international pharma‑grade compliance.
  • Modular multi‑head system: up to four Response Benchtop Fillers can be integrated, each removable and operable as a standalone unit for production flexibility and resilience.

Additional product details
Designed for fast changeovers and adaptable production, the Response Automation Base supports integration with downstream modules (capping, labelling, conveying) and can be scaled or upgraded to match evolving line requirements.
