Product overviewThe Response Benchtop pH Filler is a corrosion-resistant benchtop filling machine engineered for caustic and acidic products. It delivers high filling accuracy, quick-strip cleaning and scalable automation options for laboratory, pilot-scale and small-batch production of corrosive or chemically reactive liquids.
Key features- Innovative pump set and filling-head design: designed to handle a wide range of corrosive products; suitable for liquids, oils, gels and light creams.
- Corrosion-resistant product contact parts: polypropylene, titanium, PTFE and PVC for high chemical compatibility.
- Enhanced machine protection: polypropylene covers and a PTFE-coated 316L stainless steel front plate prioritise corrosion resistance while maintaining structural integrity.
- Precise and repeatable fills: consistent dosing reduces product waste and improves process efficiency for small-batch and laboratory production.
- Wide fill range with interchangeable pump sets: standard interchangeable pump sets (3–4 options depending on configuration) cover a broad volume range; pump cylinders are electropolished for improved hygiene.
- Flexible product feed: low-viscosity liquids drawn from bulk via suction hose and non-return valve; thicker products fed from hopper systems with multiple hopper sizes.
Service & MaintenanceHygienic, pharmaceutical-grade construction: product contact parts can be supplied in 316L stainless steel and virgin PTFE. Standard sealing materials include FKM (Viton), with alternatives such as EPDM, silicone and FFKM. Food-grade PVC suction hoses are used where applicable. The quick-strip design enables fast, thorough cleaning to support strict hygiene protocols and minimise downtime.
