Product overview The XYZ Distributor is an automatic tray-based bottle and vial filling system designed to be used with the Accuramatic Peristaltic Dispenser for precise, tray-based laboratory and small-batch filling. The unit uses a Z-axis diving nozzle to permit filling either above the neck or into the neck, minimising splashing and enabling accurate placement of liquid.

Product details The system automatically fills bottles and vials positioned in trays. The Z-axis controls the diving nozzle movement for repeatable dosing and accurate vertical positioning. Adjustable trays are supplied to hold containers securely; bespoke trays can be manufactured for irregular or custom-shaped containers. The frame supports straight-row and honeycomb tray layouts and is intended for controlled, small-batch production and laboratory applications when paired with the Accuramatic Peristaltic Dispenser.
