Description
The PME-L2 presses feature wide suspension-point spacing to improve off-center load capability, minimal overall clearances to reduce breakthrough risk, 8-point square slide guides to limit lateral and longitudinal movement, and a tie-rod tightened frame for increased rigidity and precision. The large-frame design and updated manufacturing processes accommodate forming of high-strength materials. The advanced link motion reduces draw speed while maintaining constant slide velocity. AIDA produces all precision components in-house to achieve minimal clearances in critical areas and to deliver high-precision forming and long service life. PME-L2 presses are suited for forming automotive structural panels and transmission parts.
