AQ IoT Data Logger – IP68, with Integrated Pressure and Temperature Sensor
Developed in a rugged IP68 enclosure, the AQ IoT Data Logger is designed for reliable operation in harsh environments. It features a built-in modem for two-way communication via LTE, NB-IoT, and other wireless protocols, and runs on three D batteries, ensuring over 7 years of operation at standard intervals.
A key feature of this version is the integrated pressure and temperature sensor, mounted inside the housing and directly connected to the water line via a rubber hose. An optional second sensor is available for dual-point monitoring.
The device also includes three configurable inputs – digital or analog – to connect a flow meter or other external sensors (e.g., 4–20 mA or pulse).
Data is stored internally, with logging intervals adjustable from 0.01 seconds to 1 month, and transmission frequency set independently – from 1 minute to once per month. Default settings: log every 30 minutes, send twice daily.
Configuration is easy via USB or Bluetooth using AQ Setup for PC or the AQ Android App, or remotely through the AQ WEB platform.
A built-in humidity sensor detects internal leaks. Hardware alarms can be set for each input – manually, via AQ WEB, or automatically via system algorithms. When thresholds (pulse or analog values) are exceeded, real-time alerts are sent via SMS or email.
Compact, robust, and smart, this logger is ideal for real-time water network monitoring, combining integrated sensing, advanced communication, and flexible sensor expansion.
