AQ IoT Data Logger + Level Sensor – IP68, Modular, Built for Remote Monitoring
The AQ IoT Data Logger (IP68), when combined with the AQ Level Sensor, offers a durable and intelligent solution for long-term level monitoring in manholes or outdoor locations without external power supply.
The sensor operates via 4–20 mA low-power signal, connects through a sealed connector, and is designed for under-pressure installation. It is powered directly by the logger’s two replaceable D batteries, enabling the system to run for over 5 years (with 60-minute logging and 2× daily data sending).
The AQ Level Sensor uses one analog input, leaving up to three inputs available for other digital or analog sensors (e.g., flow, pressure, temperature, pH, etc.).
The logger stores data internally with configurable intervals from 0.01 seconds to 1 month. Transmission frequency is independently adjustable – from 1 minute to once per month. Default: log every 30 minutes, send twice daily.
Minimum and maximum alarm thresholds can be set per input. When exceeded, the system sends real-time alerts via SMS or email. A built-in humidity sensor monitors internal leaks.
Configuration is done locally via USB or Bluetooth (AQ Android App) or remotely via AQ WEB. Communication is enabled through LTE and NB-IoT. Optional models feature 1 or 2 relay outputs.
The AQ Logger and Level Sensor can be ordered together or separately, depending on project needs.
