AQ Gas Meter Kit – Intelligent IoT Monitoring for Gas Flow (DN15–200) The AQ IoT Data Logger provides a reliable and energy-efficient monitoring solution for gas meters or gas flow meters ranging from DN15 to DN200. Designed for smart metering applications, it offers real-time data logging, flexible communication, and integration into existing or new systems. The logger supports bidirectional communication and is configurable via USB or Bluetooth (AQ Android App) or remotely via AQ WEB. It operates on two replaceable D batteries, offering more than 7 years of autonomy, or can be powered via mains or solar panels for continuous monitoring. The system connects to meters using digital or analog inputs, and offers optional relay outputs for valve or switch control. Additional antenna options ensure stable connectivity in difficult environments. Pre-wired and pre-configured kits are available for fast installation and include options to connect pressure and temperature sensors. The AQ system is compatible with gas meters from various manufacturers and accuracy classes, tested and validated in AQ’s ecosystem. Existing meters already in operation can also be upgraded with AQ IoT functionality. Data is stored internally at intervals ranging from 0.01 seconds to 1 month, and transmitted independently from 1 minute up to once per month. Default: logging every 30 minutes, sending twice daily. Supports LTE and NB-IoT, with standard AQ Protocol and MQTT for integration into SCADA or third-party platforms.
