Available models- Modul Facer® MF (MF-A): modular corrugating roll modules for maximum flexibility; interchangeable modules (swivel or lifting), preheated corrugating rolls, RFID-enabled modules storing settings and production data; automatic flute changes with downtimes around three minutes; performance up to ~480 m/min.

Glue application and corrugating technologyAll Single Facers use the patented SoftTouch glue application concept, providing permanent direct contact with the corrugating roll across the working width to optimize glue distribution, reduce glue consumption and minimize waste. Selected models use vacuum and belt technologies to ensure stable flute formation and optimized printability.
Installation, commissioning and maintenanceMany Single Facers are designed for ground-level installation with reduced foundation requirements; Modul Facer® MF offers prefabricated modules and on-machine control cabinets to shorten assembly and commissioning time. Preventive maintenance services, operator training and fast field service are available to maximize availability and minimize lifecycle costs and downtimes.
