Technical featuresThe Machine Control Center (MCC) is the operator interface and system monitor, consolidating machine state, diagnostics and settings management. DualBoostDualBoost is an infeed module that raises production speed and accelerates ROI by combining lower-liner heating with steam moistening of the upper web. The two functions are independently controllable to match speed and board grade. Steam is applied in the running direction to condition paper and starch at flute tips before bonding, improving internal energy and reducing drying risk. The spray unit is designed for low maintenance.
