Whether configured as an external Preheater with a Single Facer or as a Triplex Preheater, BHS Corrugated Preheaters provide reliable attainment of target process temperatures and required paper tension for optimal bonding and flatness of corrugated board.

Control
Drums are standard with a diameter of 1,100 mm and are designed for paper speeds up to 600 m/min. The drums deliver efficient heat transfer. Hinged tandem wrap rolls enable controlled paper wrapping with automatically regulated cylinder contact. Pendular rolls are integrated to balance web tension variations and potential temperature transmission fluctuations.
