Even application across flute sizes The GU-M is an engineered optimisation of a proven concept. It delivers uniform glue application at all production speeds and preserves surface quality while minimising adhesive usage. Direct-drive applicator rolls allow independent speed settings per unit level.

Technical features
Controls are integrated into the front panel and can be operated from the Machine Control Center (MCC) with touch panel for comprehensive process overview. An integrated glue level monitoring system includes downstream feed actuation to maintain consistent supply.

Automated glue dams
Maintain cleanliness Automated glue dams prevent adhesive deposition outside the maximum laminating width and protect downstream hotplates from contamination. Glue dams are individually adjustable for each Glue Unit level.
