Description

The ASU and ASA air cleaners remove dust and light particles from grain, corn, malt, and other food products. They have separate discharges for dust and light particles and help to reduce dust and dust explosions. Great cleaning results The air cleaner can be adapted to the product being handled, such as grain, malt, or corn. This makes the cleaning process more precise. Reduce dust and increase safety in your plant The air cleaners ASU and ASA remove dust. This reduces the risk of dust explosions and increases the efficiency of your equipment. Discharge screws The discharge screws remove dust and light particles before they can reach the filter, preventing the filter's clogging and helping to prolong its lifetime. You can also access the discharge screw piping to take samples Differences between the ASU and ASA air cleaners The ASU uses a recirculation system, so, a smaller cyclone and less filter surface are necessary for the same throughput. The ASA, however, works on exhaust air, which is better suited for dusty or oily products. Small footprint with high output The air cleaner has a compact design. Its vibrating distribution flap also spreads the product evenly throughout the air cleaner, thereby helping to increase throughput. Optional wear protection Install wear protection for processing abrasive products or to operate the air cleaner 24/7.
