Description

FQCW266-300 - 300 mW cw laser at 266 nm The DPSS-CW-DUV laser FQCW266-300 delivers an output power of 300 mW in single-mode operation at a wavelength of 266 nm. Other models in the high-power series are available with optical output powers of up to 1 W. Compared to the 266 nm CW lasers from other manufacturers, the FQCW266 systems are characterized by a long coherence length of more than 1000 m, a narrow line width of < 300 kHz, and a sealed design that ensures reliable operation without the need for subsequent adjustments of the internal optics. Due to the sealed housing, the lasers require very little maintenance and are particularly suitable for industrial 24/7 operation. The central wavelength is in the range of 266.02 nm and 266.07 nm (in air). The output power can be adjusted from 30 mW to 300 mW. The power consumption of the laser is less than 450 W. The laser comes with a software for control of the main functions by a PC.
