Summary
The BARH6PVC-1 absorbent containment boom features a reusable PVC skirt and is designed for use with LISORB cork absorbent elements (ref LISORB BH20600). LISORB cork is a natural, ecological absorbent, fully hydrophobic even after several weeks in water and resistant to surfactants. This boom combines the functions of a containment boom and an absorbent boom: it confines pollutants and enables hydrocarbon absorption.

Detailed description
The PVC skirt (650 g/m²) has a high-frequency welded upper hem and a lower sleeve fitted with a ballast chain. Cork absorbent elements attach to the skirt using bungee straps fixed by hooks and eyelets every 50 cm and are replaced when saturated with hydrocarbons. Multiple booms can be joined via a vertical junction system using 50 mm velcro across the full height, eyelets, TITAN turnbuckles and end hooks.
