It is available from 7.1 l/min to 31.5 l/min and designed for pipe fitting. OPERATION MODE A measuring orifice fixed in the flow regulator determines the volume flow. A control piston ensures constant pressure difference at the measuring orifice, regardless of the pressure difference of inflow P and outflow A. The volume flow is mostly pressure and temperature independent. The function is ensured if the pressure difference from P to A is min. 5.2 bar and the available volume flow is more than 10% than the relevant actual volume flow at the operating viscosity of the oil. The integrated signal generator reports if the volume flow is lower than max. 20 % of the actual volume flow. If the green LED on the valve glows, volume flow is ok. The red LED reports no or a very low volume flow. A protective diode for the cut-off discharge of inductive loads is integrated.
