Product description
DEDUST 2 is an industrial dust collector engineered for direct extraction of suspended dust and fumes at high flow rates up to 2,400 m³/h. It is driven by a 1.5 kW electric fan and features a compressed-air reservoir to perform alternate cleaning of the two cartridge filters, maintaining consistent suction performance. The unit can be fitted with a single 200 mm diameter suction arm or two self-supporting 150 mm arms (3 m each) to serve two workstations simultaneously. The machine is supplied with a CE electrical panel, 10 m neoprene cable and a 16 A socket. Frame is steel with epoxy powder coating for long service life.

Vacuum unit
The suction module consists of a 1.5 kW electric fan designed to deliver high air flow to the system and enable effective material capture.

Filtration unit
The filtration section provides a large filtering surface and low pressure drop. It is equipped with two Cat. M antistatic cartridge filters that retain particles down to 1 µm, with a total filtering area of 200,000 cm². Standard equipment includes an automatic pneumatic cartridge cleaning system powered by the onboard compressed-air reservoir.

Collection unit
Aspirated dust is deposited into a 30 L discharge container mounted on wheels for quick removal and disposal of collected material.
