DEDUST 4 is a wheeled dust collector designed for small central extraction systems serving up to four workstations. The unit is driven by a 3 kW electric fan providing suction performance up to 3,800 m³/h with a static pressure around 270 mmH2O. Filtration is provided by four antistatic cartridge filter elements cleaned alternately by compressed air pulses; detached dust falls into a 90‑litre wheeled collection bin. The chassis is steel with epoxy powder paint.

Vacuum unit
The suction unit consists of a 3 kW electric fan sized to deliver high airflow to the system and maintain required suction at connected points.

Filtration unit
DEDUST 4 includes 4 antistatic cartridge filter elements, category M, capable of retaining particles down to 1 µm. Total filtering surface is 400,000 cm² (4 × 10 m²). An automatic cleaning system uses compressed air jets (compressor not included) to periodically clean cartridges and preserve suction performance.

Collection unit
Collected dust is deposited into a 90‑litre container mounted on wheels for quick removal and disposal.
