Overview
The DEDUST 24 ELF is designed to operate in very high intensity centralized industrial environments, handling air flow rates up to 30,000 m³/h while maintaining stable performance under high and variable loads.

Filtration
The unit provides 600 m² of filter surface area distributed across 24 M-class antistatic polyester cartridge filters. Cartridges retain particles down to 1 µm. Standard equipment includes an automatic pneumatic cartridge cleaning system (compressor not included): compressed air is pulsed into cartridges on a timed sequence and a differential pressure sensor monitors saturation to trigger cleaning cycles as needed.

Collection
The DEDUST 24 ELF features dual 90-liter collection containers to simplify handling and speed up emptying during prolonged operation. A quick-release 90 L container on wheels is provided for rapid disposal of collected material.

Suction and Nozzle
The suction inlet supports configurations up to 400/700 mm (nozzle up to 700 mm) to accommodate very high air flows and various plant connections.

The filtration module comprises 24 antistatic cartridge filters, Cat. M, giving a total filtering area reported as 600 m² (600,000 cm²). Cartridges capture particles down to 1 µm. The automatic pneumatic cleaning system maintains filter efficiency and is activated by a differential pressure sensor (compressor not included).
