Product overview
The DEDUST 4 ELF combines a 5.5 kW motor with an air flow up to 5,400 m³/h and a maximum vacuum of 350 mmH₂O, enabling capture of coarse and fine dust to support process stability and product quality.

Filtration and cleaning
The filtration train uses four M-class antistatic polyester cartridge filters with a total filtration area of 100 m². The unit includes an automatic pneumatic (PN) cartridge cleaning system that uses timed compressed-air pulses; a differential pressure sensor monitors filter loading and triggers cleaning cycles. Compressor not included.

Design and handling
Compact structure permits integration into production lines. A 300 mm suction nozzle handles large air and material volumes. Dust is collected in a 90 L quick-release, wheel-mounted container for fast disposal. Nominal sound level: 73 dB(A).
