Overview
The DEDUST 6 ELF is an industrial dust collector available in 7.5 kW and 11 kW versions, with maximum flow rates up to 9,000 m³/h. Designed for continuous handling of large air and dust volumes, it suits centralized systems or production lines with multiple extraction points and maintains stable operation under high loads.

Main features
The filter section supports heavy-duty use with six M-class antistatic polyester cartridge filters and a total filter area of 150 m². An automatic pneumatic cartridge cleaning system, triggered by a differential pressure sensor, preserves filtration efficiency. The unit includes a 350 mm suction nozzle and a 90 L quick-release, wheel-mounted collection container to facilitate handling. The design balances installed power and footprint for integration into existing plants or new layouts.

Filter unit
Equipped with 6 antistatic cartridge filters Cat. M that retain particles down to 1 µm, providing a high total filtering surface (150,000 cm²). Standard automatic pneumatic cleaning uses compressed-air pulses (compressor not included) controlled by a differential pressure sensor.

Collection unit
Dust and particulates are deposited in a wheel-mounted quick-release container with 90 L capacity for rapid disposal.
