Product description
The DEDUST 12 ELF is an industrial dust collector available in 15 kW and 18.5 kW versions, engineered for continuous handling of high dust loads. It features 12 M-class antistatic polyester cartridge filters and a total filter surface of 300 m², with an automatic pneumatic cartridge cleaning system to maintain consistent filtration performance.

Suction unit
The suction unit comprises a high-power electric fan supplied in 15 kW or 18.5 kW versions, suitable for centralized or multi-point extraction systems.

Filter unit
The filtration module uses 12 antistatic Cat. M cartridge filters that retain particles down to 1 µm and provide a large filtering area (300 m²). An automatic pneumatic reverse-pulse cleaning system activates sequential compressed-air jets (compressor not included) controlled by a differential pressure sensor to remove accumulated dust.

Collection unit
Collected dust is deposited in a quick-release, wheel-mounted container with 90 L capacity for rapid removal and handling during extended operation.
