The PICO PRO SIO is an intelligent input/output and sensor interface module offering 2 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs and 2 analog outputs with SIO Bus expansion and Modbus RTU communication.

Digital Inputs

• Two opto-isolated digital inputs with debounce filtering for reliable pulse counting and remote status monitoring.
• Suitable for counter applications, flow or event detection.

Digital Outputs
Two opto-isolated transistor outputs rated 27 Vdc, 27 mA (DIN 43864). Outputs can be assigned as internal alarm outputs or used as remote-controlled channels via Modbus.

Analog Outputs
Two galvanically isolated analog outputs configurable for 4–20 mA or 0–20 mA signals, providing accurate and stable current outputs for control or monitoring loops.

SIO Bus & Integration
The SIO Bus supports connection of additional I/O modules and environmental sensors through Milli Pro devices, enabling scalable system expansion.

Alarms and Registers
Includes 8 configurable alarms that can drive digital outputs and populate Modbus registers for remote supervision and logging.
