Linear Shaft Motor Driver System
Temperature-controlled linear shaft motor with water circulation to minimise thermal drift and improve machining accuracy. Includes 0.1 µm high-resolution digital scales and controller for precise positioning and ultra-fine finishing.

Auto Wire Threading (AWT)
  • 200 mm submerged threading capability.
  • Threading at 400 mm thickness from break point.
  • High-speed AWT cycle example: for 100 mm workpiece thickness - wire annealing and cutting: 10 s; threading: 10 s.
  • Reliable AWT supports continuous unmanned operation; water-jet assist enables threading on workpieces up to 500 mm.

On-line measurement & Multi-workpiece machining
Integrated on-table measurement and calibration reduce setup errors and cycle time. Macro commands automate reference point measurement and calibration; direct on-table checks avoid dismounting-related errors. Supports automatic 3D flatness and parallelism compensation and automatic transition to next part.
