Overview
The V12100 is a V Series wire-cut electrical discharge machine (EDM) designed for large workpieces and heavy-duty machining. It features a rigid U/V truss, a stainless-steel worktable (HRC 50°), FEA-optimized casting and an extra-wide base. A water-cooled lower arm reduces thermal expansion to improve dimensional stability.

Precision & Accuracy

Industrial PC CNC with 15" LCD touch screen, keyboard and mouse. Interfaces: LAN, USB, RS-232. Memory: 512 MB CF card. Minimum command unit: 0.0001 mm. Programmable range: ±9999.9999 mm. Units switchable between Metric and Inch. Features: machining watchdog, NC optimization, cutting database, icons and parameter/maintenance assistance, remote control (standard accessory).

Surface Finish
Optional Super Finish Circuit (high frequency) can achieve Ra < 0.2 µm in a single cut with four skims (demonstrated on SKD-11, 30 mm thickness).
